  • How long will it take for the ingots to arrive?

After an order is placed it will usually take a few days to process and prepare the ingots for shipping, once shipped it should not take more than a week for EU shipments to arrive.

  • What is the maximum & minimum amount I can order?

There is no minimum but there is a maximum of 8 (1Kg) Ingots per order. For large quantity orders you may need to contact us specifying how many ingots you require. We will assist you with placing a custom order.

  • Where do you obtain raw metals from?

All of the metals we use come from a certified dealer we have an agreement with in order to ensure legitimacy and suitability for smelting.

  • What happens if my order is lost?

In the unlikely scenario that your order is lost during shipping we will get in contact with the company to file an investigation, if they confirm the package to be lost or stolen we will fully refund your order.

  • When can you refund an order?

We do accept refunds under the following conditions,

-Ingots arrive damaged during shiping
-Wrong or missing ingots are received
-Before order has been shipped

Note that in most cases we will only refund the order after the buyer ships the ingots back to us and we can confirm their state.

  • What happens if I'm not happy with my ingots?

In the scenario where a buyer is not happy with the ingots, make sure to contact us via email stating the issue.
